RATES & BOOKING CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR ACCOMMODATION IS BEING RENTED AS OF AUGUST 2010 AND THEREFORE IS UNAVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
RATES
- From $80 per night.
- Dogs free up to maximum of 2 (thence $10 per night for each additional dog).
- Horses: rates depend on what facility you require e.g. use of stable.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
- A 50% deposit is required on the day of booking, by Direct Deposit. Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the balance of the accommodation fee, together with a refundable bond. (Covers damage/cleaning fee if needed)
- A full refund less 10% administration fee applies for cancellations received in writing 21 days prior to arrival. Refunds for cancellations received within 21 days of arrival are subject to the attainment of a replacement booking.
- Preferred minimum stay is 2 nights. Where a one night booking is negotiated, a surcharge may apply.
- Peak periods – a surcharge may apply over peak and holiday times.
- Cash only, no credit facilities available.
